The Application Process

Ascension Lutheran School partners with TADS for its online application and enrollment process. Please use the button below to create your TADS account and submit an online application. Applications may be saved and continued at a later time, but are considered incomplete until the application fee has been submitted. There is a $90 application fee per student and you will need to submit your child's birth certificate and immunization record for submission. Upon completion of your child’s application, you will be contacted regarding the next steps in the admissions process.
